A Clifton Springs teen was arrested on an assault charge after a fight with another juvenile female in the Phelps-Clifton Springs area.
Deputies say that Amber Lynn West, 16, of Clifton Springs was charged with third-degree assault after causing physical injuries to an unidentified female victim.
Deputies say West was arraigned in Manchester Town Court and released.
She will return to Phelps Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
