Sheriff Tim Luce says a Waterloo man was taken into custody on a number of charges following an incident that happened on March 3rd in Junius.
Deputies say that Brandon J. Leather, 24, of Waterloo was charged with second-degree robbery, second-degree assault, and fourth-degree criminal mischief after the Whiskey Hill Road incident.
He is accused of forcibly taking property from a male, causing injuries to the individual.
Leather was arraigned in Junius Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 secured bond.
