On Sunday at 5:50 p.m., police Department arrested a Seneca Falls man following a domestic dispute at his residence.
Milton L. Green Jr., 55, of Seneca Falls was charged with third-degree assault upon investigation.
Green was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and released on his own recognizance.
He is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on April 5th. An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim, according to police.
