The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Clifton Springs man after an investigation into a domestic incident.
The incident took place in Marion — when deputies arrested Jacob P. Bloomer, 24, for second-degree criminal contempt.
Bloomer is accused of entering a residence and picking up a female to go shopping. That party, who was not identified, was protected under an order of protection.
Per that court order, Bloomer was ordered to ‘stay away’ from the female victim.
He was arraigned in Marion Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
