Sheriff Luce: Seneca Falls woman accused of trafficking pills, faces two felony counts

On Tuesday at approximately 2:30 p.m. the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit took a 46-year-old Seneca Falls woman into custody on felony charges related to trafficking Vicodin.

Sheriff Tim Luce says Amy M. Weeman, 46, of Seneca Falls was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree possession of a controlled substance after selling Hydrocodone on at least one occasion while in the Town of Seneca Falls.

Weeman was arraigned in Waterloo Town Court where she was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 secured bond.

At the time of the crime, Weeman was under the supervision of New York State Parole. As result, Luce says she was charged with violating the terms and conditions of her parole.

Investigators were assisted by members of the road patrol division, New York State police, and the Seneca Falls Police Department.
