A 17-year-old Farmington resident faces a number of charges after allegedly having improper sexual contact with two teenage victims.
Deputies say Isiah Kelly, 17, of Farmington was charged with two counts of sexual misconduct, and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child after a series of events that unfolded at his residence.
Deputies say there were three victims altogether, which resulted in the total of five charges.
He was arraigned in Victor Town Court and released.
An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victims, as well.
