Macedon man charged with DWI after crash

On Sunday a 20-year-old Macedon man was arrested for driving while intoxicated after a crash on State Route 21 in Williamson.

Jonathan H. Peck, 20, was charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or greater, unsafe tires, moving from lane unsafely, failure to notify DMV of a change of address on license and failure to change address on registration.



Peck was placed under arrest after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests.  He was transported to SP Williamson where he provided a breath sample of 0.08 percent BAC.

Traffic tickets were issued, returnable to Williamson Town Court.
