Deputies say a 54-year-old Clifton Springs man faces multiple charges after a DWI incident on County Road 4 over the weekend.
Ronald L. Gillmor, 54, of Clifton Springs was stopped on Sunday at approximately 3:10 a.m. He was found to be operating his vehicle while in an intoxicated condition.
Deputies say he was traveling eastbound, but completely in the westbound lane when they initiated the traffic stop.
He was subsequently charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC of 0.18 percent or higher, and failure to keep right.
He was issued traffic citations and will answer the charges at a later date in Canandaigua Town Court.
