Police: Seneca Falls man accused of slamming, choking victim during domestic incident

On Saturday around 5:38 p.m. members of the Seneca Falls Police Department took a 33-year-old Mynderse Street resident into custody after an investigation into a domestic incident.

Christopher R. White, 33, of Seneca Falls was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment after picking up a female victim during a domestic incident — slamming her down on the ground.

Police say he then put his hands around her neck preventing her from breathing.

A stay away order of protection was issued, and he was released.

White will appear at a later date in Seneca Falls Town Court.
