Former 84 Lumber location in Sennett sold

The former location of 84 Lumber in Sennett has been purchased by a realty group that plans to lease it for manufacturing or warehouse usage.

Bouck Real Estate announced the sale Thursday. The Auburn agency is working with the buyer, Charlesbank Realty Group, of Boston, to lease the property, President John Bouck said.

Charlesbank bought the 7530 County House Road property from 84 Lumber for $650,000, Bouck said. The property’s assessment value is $549,600, according to Cayuga County property records.

The 9.45-acre property was vacated by 84 Lumber in late summer 2015. The property includes two large enclosed buildings about 37,000 square feet in total size, as well as four steel-covered sheds.
