The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 45-year-old Sodus Point resident after she nearly sideswiped a patrol car at an intersection in Sodus.
Amy Tindall, 45, is accused of nearly swiping that patrol car at the intersection of N. Geneva Road and Christian Hollier Road.
Upon stopping the vehicle it was determined that Tindall was operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition. She was arrested for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of 0.16 percent, failure to keep right and moving from lane unsafely.
She was issued traffic tickets and will appear in the Sodus Town Court at a later date.
