Deputies arrested a 24-year-old Canandaigua resident after a traffic stop for speeding.
Upon investigation it was determined that Michael A. Carr, 24, was also under the influence of alto. Deputies say he was observed speeding, and failing to keep right on State Route 21 in Manchester.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding, and failure to keep right.
All of the charges will be answered at a later date.
