Ithaca ran into double trouble Tuesday and saw its boys basketball season come to a close with a 72-57 loss to Pine Bush in a Class AA regional semifinal at Orange County Community College in Middletown.
Senior twins Bryan Powell and Brandon Powell combined for 50 of the Bushmen’s points. Bryan Powell was a workhorse in the paint and finished with 26 points. Brandon Powell made six 3-pointers and finished with 24 points.
