The Sodus man accused of slitting the throat of his 17-year-old ex-girlfriend is expected to plead guilty to her murder Friday.
David Knight-Hollis, 19, was arrested in November after police said he killed Alyssa Taft at a home on Boyd Road.
Wayne County District Attorney Mike Calarco said a hearing is expected to be held on Friday at 9:30 a.m.
Taft was a senior at Sodus High School. She had broken up with Knight-Hollis after a relationship that lasted for six months to a year, given varying accounts from authorities and family members.
