The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of an Arcadia man following the investigation of a domestic incident.
Adam C. Nedvesky, 33, of Arcadia was arrested on a warrant following a domestic incident, where he allegedly broke several items while in the presence of a young child.
He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree criminal mischief.
Nedvesky was arraigned in Arcadia Town Court and released. A refrain from order of protection was issued in court.
