Deputies arrested a 24-year-old Canandaigua woman following a domestic incident this week.
Nicole J. House, 24, of Canandaigua was arrested at the Super 8 Motel located on Eastern Blvd. in Canandaigua on the charge of first-degree criminal contempt.
Deputies say House was involved in a physical domestic dispute in Farmington, where she allegedly engaged in a physical altercation with a 26-year-old male who had an active order of protection against her.
House was located at the local motel and taken into custody.
Deputies say she is being held at the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment.
