Police say a 25-year-old Seneca Falls resident was taken into custody on felony burglary charges after an investigation.
On March 3rd, Alan M. Morgan 25, of Seneca Falls was charged with felony second-degree burglary and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
The arrest stems from a complaint in which Morgan damaged an entry door and then entered a home on West Bayard Street in Seneca Falls.
Morgan was attempting to make contact with an individual that he had an altercation with earlier in the evening, according to police.
He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and released to appear again on March 14th.
