On Wednesday members of the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a 30-year-old following a domestic incident.
Police say that David P. Fenton, 30, of Seneca Falls was charged with endangering the welfare of a child after the domestic incident, which involved another town resident.
Additional details about the incident were not released, but police said Fenton was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and is scheduled to answer the charge at a later date.
