Waterloo woman violates order of protection twice, faces multiple charges

Seneca County Sheriff Tim Luce says a 44-year-old Waterloo woman was arrested after a pair of incidents, which involved him making contact with a protected party.

One of those incidents happened in Junius, while the other happened in Waterloo.

Tonya S. Vanvalkenburg, 44, of Waterloo was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal contempt after violating a Class A order of protection on two occasions.

She was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 secured bond.

The charges will be answered in Junius Town Court and Waterloo Town Court.
