State Police say a 23-year-old Lyons woman was arrested on two charges following a traffic stop on Water Street over the weekend.
Nicole M. Torres, 23, of Lyons, New York for criminal possession of a controlled substance and false impersonation.
Torres was a passenger inside the vehicle, and upon investigation — it was determined that she possessed three baggies containing heroin and cocaine residue. She also possessed three pipes containing residue.
She was issued tickets returnable to Lyons Town Court.
