The M&T Bank branch in Auburn is temporarily closed due to a network outage, a company spokesperson said Monday.
Julia Berchou, who handles corporate communications for M&T Bank, said in an emailed statement that the bank is working to resolve the outage at the Grant Avenue branch and hopes to resume operations Monday afternoon.
M&T Bank advised customers to visit nearby branches in Elbridge and Skaneateles. The office in Elbridge is located at 239 E. Main St. The Skaneateles office’s address is 33 E. Genesee St.
“They can also access their accounts at any time via our Internet-banking services, such as web and mobile banking by visiting www.mtb.com,” Berchou said. “We apologize for the inconvenience.”
