On March 2nd around 5:15 p.m. deputies arrested a 26-year-old Farmington man, and his passenger following a property damage accident, which took place on State Route 414 in Lodi.
Deputies say it was determined that Daniel J. House, 26, of Farmington had been driving while intoxicated, which led to the crash. It was also determined that House had a previous DWI conviction in the last 10 years, which led to that DWI charge being upgraded to a Class E felony.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated and having a BAC over 0.08 percent.
House was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility following arraignment.
His passenger, Nicole J. House, 24, of Canandaigua gave a false identity during the incident to avoid violating an order of protection. The protected party in that incident was the operator of the vehicle.
She was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Appearance tickets were issued to the 24-year-old House to answer the charges against her.
