Wayne County Sheriff Barry Virts says a 49-year-old Webster woman faces multiple charges and is accused of stealing $166,000 from a previous employer.
Kelly A. Kozlowski, 49, of Webster was charged with second-degree grand larceny, first-degree identity theft, second-degree forgery and second-degree falsifying business records.
She is accused of stealing money out of her ex-employer’s business and personal accounts during a period of three years. From 2014 to 2017 she allegedly took up to $166,000, of which she did not earn.
Kozlowski was arraigned in Lyons Town Court and released to appear in Ontario Town Court at a later date.
