A Baldwinsville man was arrested Sunday for using a woman's car without her permission, the Auburn Police Department said.
Daniel H. Cross, 54, of 204 Daywood Dr., was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor.
Auburn Police Chief Shawn Butler said officers were called to Mellone Village Saturday for a stolen vehicle complaint. The owner of the vehicle said she was familiar with Cross, but did not give him permission to use her car, which was worth approximately $14,000.
