Deputies arrested a 30-year-old Lyons resident at the Wayne County Jail after a physical confrontation resulted in a Corrections Officer being injured.
Deputies say Anreak L. King, 30, of Lyons was charged with third-degree assault after breaking the finger of an officer at the jail.
King was arraigned in Lyons Town Court and remanded back to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
