Deputies in Ontario County took a 26-year-old Farmington man into custody after a crash investigation, which resulted in the determination that he was driving while intoxicated.
Demetrois R. Hetelekides, 26, of Farmington was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle while using a portable electronic device and driving with a suspended registration.
According to deputies, Hetelekides was involved in a one-car crash on New Michigan Road in Farmington. When deputies located him at the scene he was determined to be intoxicated.
He was released to a third-party to answer the charges at a later date.
