An Auburn man is facing criminal charges after being found intoxicated while driving Wednesday morning, the Auburn Police Department said.
Joseph D. Adams, 24, 116 Owasco St., was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony, and driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
Adams was stopped by police for speeding on Osborne Street around 2:30 a.m.
