Siena slips past Hobart, 12-11

The Hobart College lacrosse team was tripped up by Siena 12-11 in its home opener on Boswell Field this afternoon. Keenan Cook scored the go ahead goal with 3:06 remaining in the fourth quarter for the Saints.

Sophomore Eric Holden had a game-high six points on four goals and two assists for the Statesmen (0-2). First-year Ryan Archer had three goals, completing his first collegiate hat trick. Junior Chris Aslanian added a goal and an assist. Junior Tristan Dougherty played the opening 36:19 in goal for Hobart. Sophomore Sam Lucchesi made three saves in the final 23:41 of action in goal.
