Deputies say a man with no permanent address was taken into custody in Seneca County after a bench warrant was issued on a number of charges following an incident last year.
Dustin E. Robinson, 25, was arrested after the bench warrant was issued out of Lodi Town Court for failing to appear.
He was originally charged with third-degree assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
He was arraigned in Varick Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $1,500 secured bond.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
