With the exception of a few years, Safe Harbors of the Finger Lakes has had an office in Seneca County for more than three decades.
Following a recent move from Academy Square in Seneca Falls to the Main Street Shop Center in Waterloo, agency officials believe Safe Harbors will be more of a resource to victims of domestic violence and abuse in the county.
