Members of the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested an Elmira man on an arrest warrant after a domestic incident that took place on June 10th, 2017.
Deputies say Marcellus P. Sinclair, 24, of Elmira was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child after a domestic incident last year.
He was remanded to the Wayne County Jail after arraignment in Williamson.
He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
