Farmington woman arrested in Canandaigua drug investigation

On February 15th at approximately 3:39 p.m., police arrested a 20-year-old Farmington resident on a drug charge following an investigation involving the sale of Suboxone.

Sarah Beck, 20, was charged with fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

It’s alleged that the defendant sold Buprenorphine (Suboxone) on multiple occasions while in Canandaigua.

The arrest of Beck is the result of an extensive co-investigation conducted by the Canandaigua City Police Department and the Ontario County Sheriff’s Department regarding the sale and distribution illegal narcotics throughout Ontario County.

Police say additional charges are pending.

Beck was held in the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $2,500 dollars cash bail or $5,000 bond.
