On February 11th police arrested a 30-year-old Auburn resident following a traffic stop involving a suspicious vehicle.
State Police were called to County House Road for the report of a suspicious vehicle, where they found Sean A. Wilson, 30, of Auburn. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to a breath test and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection certificate.
Wilson was placed under arrest and transported to SP Auburn for processing, where he refused to submit to a breath test.
He was arraigned in Owasco Town Court and released. The charges will be answered at a later date.
