State Police arrested a man from Steuben County on Tuesday for sexually abusing a child at a daycare.
Troopers said they launched a three-month investigation after receiving information about sexual abuse at the daycare.
Police said 36-year-old Seth McGannon had sexual contact with at least two children under the age of 11. McGannon was employed at the daycare as a teacher for three years. He had a Master's Degree in Education. When the investigation first began, troopers said McGannon was placed on administrative leave.
