On Sunday at 3:57 p.m. the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Lois A. James, 46, of Seneca Falls following a call for a disturbance.
Upon arrival the parties involved were interviewed, it was reported that James punched a window causing it to shatter during an argument.
She was arrested and charged with one count of fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Arraignment took place in the Town of Seneca Falls Court where James was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility.
She will be held there in lieu of $250 cash bail. James is scheduled to re-appear in town court on March 1st, 2018, at 5:30 p.m.
