On Monday at 1:09 a.m. the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department charged a Seneca Falls man with driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on Gravel Road.
Connor M. Brown, 27, of Seneca Falls was stopped by police for a motor vehicle equipment violation.
During the stop it was determined that Brown was operating the motor vehicle while intoxicated.
Brown was charged with insufficient tail lamp, driving while intoxicated, and driving with a BAC of 0.08 percent or more.
He was processed and released on tickets.
