Deputies in Wayne County arrested a Rochester woman after using a stolen credit card to purchase hundreds of dollars in alcohol from an Town of Ontario business.
Toneka Lewis, 30, went to Konstantinou’s Liquor Store in Ontario on December 16th and bought more than $700 worth of alcohol using a stolen credit card.
As result she was charged with two counts of grand larceny, two counts of identify theft, and one count of petit larceny.
She was arraigned in Ontario Town Court and remanded to the Wayne County Jail.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
