A Dryden man was arrested and charged following an investigation into a bomb threat at a Target store last week.
Police say that William S. Black, 52, was charged with third-degree falsely reporting an incident.
Employees say that he announced to employees and shoppers that there was a bomb inside the store.
After reviewing surveillance footage, it was determined that there was no bomb.
He was released on an appearance ticket and will answer the charge at a later date.
