The Canandaigua Police Department says a 26-year-old Canandaigua man is in custody after head-butting a female victim during a domestic incident.
Daniel Sims, 26, was charged with aggravated family offense and aggravated criminal contempt.
According to police, Sims head-butted a female causing a physical injury. An order of protection was active at the time of the incident, as well.
The charges will be answered in Canandaigua City Court.
