Deputies in Ontario County say a 28-year-old Canandaigua man is behind bars again after violating probation multiple times.
Gordan Jacob Potter, 28, was arrested on a violation of probation warrant out of Hopewell Town Court following a violation of the conditions of his probation. Deputies say he continued using illegal drugs, and continued committing crimes after he was released and on probation.
Potter was taken into custody without incident and arraigned in Canandaigua City Court.
He was remanded to the Ontario County Jail without bail. He will answer the charges at a later date.
