For the second time, the Seneca County Board of Supervisors will try Tuesday to give pay raises to itself and 10 other management employees.
The first try failed Dec. 26 because of the absence of six board members. The motion to give the raises was approved by a 5-3 vote, but fell short of the 375 weighted votes needed to pass. The five votes represented only 329 weighted votes.
