Deputies in Wayne County arrested a Walworth man following an investigation into a domestic incident.
Dylan T. Holmes, 25, is accusing of getting into an argument with his ex-girlfriend. That argument eventually became physical where he pushed her causing a fall. She fell to the ground, and prior to leaving the residence — Holmes punched a television and several picture frames.
He was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.
A refrain from order of protection was also issued.
The charges will be answered in Walworth Town Court.
