State Police say they arrested a Victor woman on Thursday after she attempted to pick up her child from a Victor day care facility while drunk.
State Police responded to the report of an intoxicated person at the facility in Victor, where they interviewed Stephanie Kukurudza.
The 39-year-old Victor resident was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
