The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Jan. 10, 2018 at about 1:11 am, deputies arrested a Ovid woman for driving while intoxicated on County Road 132.
Deputies arrested Jayne E. Miller, 57, of Ovid on a driving while intoxicated charge, as well as a number of vehicle and traffic violations.
Deputies report that the arrest stems from an accident on County Road 132 in Ovid where Miller allegedly ran a stop sign, and drove off the roadway and through a ditch.
Her vehicle came to rest on the other side, according to authorities.
Deputies report Miller was uninjured in the accident. She was issued appearance tickets and is to reappear in Ovid Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
