On Thursday, State Police arrested a Geneva woman on multiple felony charges after they say she stole thousands from a family member.
Cindy Nesbitt, 36, of Geneva was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument – both felonies.
She is accused of stealing $2,285 and possessed forged checks, which all belonged to a relative in Arcadia.
Nesbitt was arraigned in Arcadia Town Court and committed to the Wayne County Jail.
She will answer the charges at a later date.
