Seneca Falls man arrested twice in one week

A Seneca Falls man who was arrested earlier this week after switching plates with a family member’s car now faces new charges in Waterloo.

According to the Waterloo Police Department, Jonathan J. Tuttle, of Seneca Falls was charged with criminal trespass and petit larceny. He is accused of stealing $350 from a home in Waterloo while taking care of that individual’s dog.



He is also accused of entering the home a second time, after the initial incident on January 6th. The second incident took place on January 9th, according to police.

Tuttle was released without bail and will answer the charges at a later date.
