Junior forward Anthony Angello scored twice and six other players scored to help the Cornell men’s hockey team enjoy its best offensive output in nearly 10 years on Friday night in a resounding 7-1 victory over Princeton at Lynah Rink.

Cornell (12-2, 6-1 ECAC Hockey, 4-0 Ivy League) scored three goals in a span of 2 minutes, 24 seconds in the second period after the lone tally from Princeton (6-8-3, 3-6-1, 2-4) to break the game open. Freshman Brenden Locke’s line accounted for eight points on the night – three from Locke’s assists, two from Angello goals, and a goal and an assist from junior Mitch Vanderlaan.
