State Police say an Auburn man was charged with driving while intoxicated on Jan. 1, 2018 after an incident in the Town of Aurelius.
Timothy L. Williams, 43, of Auburn was charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than .08 percent, moving from lane unsafely and speeding.
Troopers say they observed the vehicle operated by Williams off the roadway on State Route 5&20 in Aurelius. Upon further investigation Williams failed multiple field sobriety tests.
He was found to have a blood-alcohol content of .09 percent and was issued tickets for the charges.
