On Monday, November 4th, 2017, at 2:58 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Nichole S. Ludwig, 25, of Seneca Falls following a shoplifting complaint. Ludwig was observed by Wal-Mart Supercenter employees selecting merchandise then concealing it, passing all points of sale without rendering payment.
