On December 27th at 10:30 am a Seneca Falls man was arrested following a trespass complaint on Stevenson Street.
The Seneca Falls Police Department says David L. Fellows, 58, was charged with driving while intoxicated, and driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent. Both are felony charges due to a previous DWI conviction.
Police say Fellows was actively trespassing on property where he was asked to not be. Details of that portion of the incident were not clarified in a press release to media.
However, Fellows was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 secured bond.
